Attention: Buddy is a lifetime product and after a certain period of use it is possible, and perfectly normal, for the microspheres to start to flatten. For this reason, 12-liter refills of polystyrene microspheres are sold to allow you to easily refill your Buddy.
Buddy is packaged in a plastic bag as soon as it is manufactured. Upon opening, you may notice certain odors emanating from the different materials. Once Buddy is placed in a well-ventilated room, any odor will quickly disappear.
