Refund policy
PEANUT RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The services provided on the website www.peanut.pt are guided by a set of processes fully focused on customer satisfaction. However, in case of customer dissatisfaction, it is possible for the customer to return item(s) within 14 business days from the purchase date, provided that the returned item(s) meet the following conditions:
1. Return of items under the right of withdrawal
When purchasing an item on www.peanut.pt, you have 14 days to return it from the date of receipt of the order, under the right of withdrawal. This is possible provided the following conditions are met:

Presentation of the product purchase invoice;

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold (sealed and in its original packaging, with no signs of opening or use).
2. Returns for product exchange
Returns motivated by “order exchanges” or “wrong product shipped” (Peanut’s responsibility) will be accepted up to 14 business days after the order has been received by the customer.
3. Returns of damaged products
Returns of products damaged upon receipt by the customer, for example due to shipping or transportation issues, are accepted up to 14 business days after the customer receives the order.
Returns of defective products are also accepted up to 14 business days after receipt.
Returns of products damaged due to improper or incorrect use by the customer are not accepted.
All returns must be made by mail. Returns made through any other channels are not accepted for any product purchased on www.peanut.pt.
HOW TO RETURN?
If you wish to return a product, the customer must contact Customer Support via email: info@peanut.pt, or via the Support Chat available on the website.
When contacting Customer Support, the customer must provide:

The invoice number

The reason for the return
Items purchased online at www.peanut.pt can only be returned by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt (AR) to:

Shipping, processing, and other additional fees are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Whenever the customer initiates a cancellation of an order, without the cancellation being the responsibility of Peanut – Artigos de Puericultura, Lda, the cancellation will incur a 3% fee of the total order value to cover administrative costs and commissions related to the cancelled order.
REFUNDS
In case of a refund, the amount will be credited to the bank account indicated by the customer within 14 business days. The speed of the refund depends on the issuing bank and is beyond our control.
