Shipping policy

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

- For all deliveries, the signature of the person receiving the package will be required. This process has been established to ensure that the customer actually receives the ordered item(s).

- The usual delivery time is 1 to 5 business days for mainland Portugal and peninsular Spain, and up to 20 business days for the islands (Azores and Madeira) and the rest of Europe, after the order is processed. This timeframe may be extended for specific items, and the customer will be contacted as soon as this extension is detected. During Black Friday and Christmas periods, delays may occur due to the shipping service provider, and it is not possible to guarantee that delivery will meet the expected deadlines.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

When entering billing address details during the checkout process, the customer will be given the option to enter a different shipping address within the same country.

Peanut reserves the right to contact the customer by phone to obtain additional information if the shipping address provided differs from the billing address.

If the Customer provides the wrong, inaccurate, or incomplete address, Peanut cannot be held responsible for resending the item and incurring the associated shipping costs.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The ordering process begins as soon as your online purchase is complete. The order will start being processed as soon as the items are in stock, payment is approved, and the delivery address is verified.

The customer will receive an email notification with this information when the order is shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

The prices on this webpage include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due, as shown in the table below:

Mainland Portugal:
- For orders under €49.00, the shipping cost is €2.99.
- Shipping is free for orders over €49.

Madeira and Azores:
Orders up to €49 have a shipping cost of €15;
Orders between €49 and €250 have a shipping cost of €20;
Orders between €250 and €500 have a shipping cost of €40;
Orders between €500 and €750 have a shipping cost of €60;
Orders between €750 and €1000 have a shipping cost of €80;
Orders over €1000 have a shipping cost of €100.
