Shipments
We ship to mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as to other European countries.
Mainland Portugal :
- For orders under €49.00, the shipping cost is €2.99.
- Shipping is free for orders over €49.
Madeira and Azores :
Orders up to €49 have a shipping cost of €15;
Orders between €49 and €250 have a shipping cost of €20;
Orders between €250 and €500 have a shipping cost of €40;
Orders between €500 and €750 have a shipping cost of €60;
Orders between €750 and €1000 have a shipping cost of €80;
Orders over €1000 have a shipping cost of €100.
Rest of Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland:
Orders up to €100 have a shipping cost of €20;
Orders between €100 and €250 have a shipping cost of €40;
Orders between €250 and €500 have a shipping cost of €60;
Orders between €500 and €750 have a shipping cost of €80;
Orders between €750 and €1000 have a shipping cost of €100;
Orders over €1000 have a shipping cost of €120.
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine:
Orders up to €100 have a shipping cost of €30;
Orders between €100 and €250 have a shipping cost of €50;
Orders between €250 and €500 have a shipping cost of €70;
Orders between €500 and €750 have a shipping cost of €90;
Orders between €750 and €1000 have a shipping cost of €110;
Orders over €1000 have a shipping cost of €130.
The usual delivery time is 1 to 5 working days for mainland Portugal, and up to 20 working days for the islands and the rest of Europe, after the order has been processed.
This timeframe may be extended for specific items, and the customer will be contacted as soon as it is detected that there will be an extension to the delivery time.
During Black Friday and Christmas periods, delays may occur that are the responsibility of the shipping service provider, and it is not possible to guarantee that delivery will meet the expected deadlines.
We work with the shipping company CTT Expresso.
Product
We always do everything we can to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase; however, if you need to make a return or exchange, you can do so in accordance with our requirements.
According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, you have a period of 14 days to return or exchange the purchased item(s).
All returns/exchanges must comply with the following conditions:
- Products to be returned/exchanged must be in perfect condition, complete with all components, accessories, and instruction manual, and properly packaged in their original packaging, with the respective warranty seals, labels, and/or protective plastic, and showing no signs of actual use. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of personal use items (such as breast pumps/extractors, collection shells, etc.), underwear, diapers, creams, food, etc., or products that, by their nature, cannot be shipped or are liable to deteriorate or perish rapidly are not accepted. Exchanges or returns of personalized products ordered specifically for the customer or Outlet products are also not accepted.
No, you can order any item available in our online store, regardless of its price.
- Through Multibanco (MB): A Multibanco reference will be provided to make the payment via Homebanking, Multibanco Online, at Multibanco ATMs or at a PayShop terminal.

This system has become part of people's daily lives; it's secure, with online and offline versions, allowing consumers to pay for any goods or services directly through their bank. This is one of the most widely used payment methods in Portugal and one of the most requested by Peanut's clients.
- Via MBWay: Select MB WAY as your payment method when finalizing your order and enter your mobile phone number. You will then receive a notification that you must confirm immediately in the MBWay app.
You must confirm the purchase within approximately 2 minutes. After this time limit, the purchase order will expire.
- Credit card
- Through PayPal: You can pay for your purchases with a credit card. It's a reliable, fast, and easy payment method.
You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards to send payments with PayPal.
Others
The promotional code offering a 10% discount, obtained through the Newsletter Subscription Pop-Up, is limited to 1 use per customer and cannot be combined with other current discounts or promotions, or on products from the Cybex Platinum line, Maxi Cosi Fame Pack, Britax Romer Lux, Silverette, or Jellycat brand.
