Shipping
We ship to Mainland Portugal and the Islands, as well as other European countries.
Mainland Portugal:
- Orders under €49: shipping cost is €2.99.
- Orders over €49: free shipping.
Madeira & Azores:
- Orders up to €49: shipping cost is €15;
- Orders between €49 and €250: shipping cost is €20;
- Orders between €250 and €500: shipping cost is €40;
- Orders between €500 and €750: shipping cost is €60;
- Orders between €750 and €1000: shipping cost is €80;
- Orders over €1000: shipping cost is €100.
Rest of Europe:
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland:
- Orders up to €100: shipping cost is €20;
- Orders between €100 and €250: shipping cost is €40;
- Orders between €250 and €500: shipping cost is €60;
- Orders between €500 and €750: shipping cost is €80;
- Orders between €750 and €1000: shipping cost is €100;
- Orders over €1000: shipping cost is €120.
- Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine:
- Orders up to €100: shipping cost is €30;
- Orders between €100 and €250: shipping cost is €50;
- Orders between €250 and €500: shipping cost is €70;
- Orders between €500 and €750: shipping cost is €90;
- Orders between €750 and €1000: shipping cost is €110;
- Orders over €1000: shipping cost is €130.
Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days for Mainland Portugal and up to 20 business days for Islands and other European countries, after the order is processed. Some items may take longer; we will notify you if this occurs.
During Black Friday and Christmas, delivery delays may occur due to carrier services, and delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Products
We always do everything possible to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so in accordance with our requirements.
According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, you have a period of 14 days to return or exchange purchased items.
All returns/exchanges must comply with the following conditions:
- Products to be returned or exchanged must be in perfect condition, complete with all components, accessories, and instruction manuals, properly packed in the original packaging, with all warranty seals, tags, and/or protective plastics intact, and showing no signs of use. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of personal use items (such as breast pumps, milk extractors, nursing pads, etc.), underwear, diapers, creams, food, or products that cannot be shipped safely or may spoil or perish quickly are not accepted. Custom-made products or items ordered specifically for the customer, as well as Outlet products, are also not eligible for return or exchange.
No, you can order any item available in our online store, regardless of price.
Via Multibanco (MB): You will be given a Multibanco reference to make the payment via Homebanking, Multibanco Online, at Multibanco ATMs, or at a PayShop terminal. MULTIBANCO is the reference brand of the SIBS Group and a success case internationally. This system has become part of people’s daily lives; it is secure, with both online and offline versions, allowing the consumer to pay for any good or service directly at their bank. This is one of the most widely used payment methods in Portugal and one of the most requested by Peanut customers.
Via MBWay: Select the MBWay payment method at checkout and enter your mobile phone number. You will then receive a notification that you must confirm immediately in the MBWay app. The purchase must be confirmed within approximately 2 minutes. After this time, the order will expire.
Credit Card
Via PayPal: You can pay for your purchases using a credit card. This is a reliable, fast, and easy payment method. You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards to make payments through PayPal.
Other
The 10% discount code from the newsletter pop-up is limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or certain products (Platinum Cybex, Maxi Cosi Fame Pack, Britax Romer Lux, Silverette, or Jellycat brand).
