How to measure your nursing bra size
The first step to finding the right bra is to have an accurate bust measurement, which can be easily done in the comfort of your home, preferably using a soft measuring tape. Every woman is unique, and this measurement is the first and most important step.

Measure around the bust, measure around the area under the bust. Subtract the underbust measurement from the bust measurement. Use our chart to find your cup size. Find the width of the strap that corresponds to the measurement below your bust. Use our size chart to find your correct size by matching your cup size with your band width.
