From birth to 12 years old, the i-Spin XL car seat accompanies the child throughout their childhood.

- Rear-facing, from 40 cm to 105 cm: the car seat is installed with Isofix and a 5-point harness must be used to secure the child.
- Possible forward-facing installation from 76 cm to 105 cm
- Forward-facing, from 100 cm to 150 cm: the car seat is installed using ISOFIX and the vehicle's 3-point seatbelt must be used to secure the child.
The seatbelts can later be stored in the hidden compartments.
