Available in 2 sizes: Size S is suitable for nipples with a diameter of 12 mm, and size M is suitable for nipples up to 21 mm.
To find the ideal size for you, get into a comfortable position and place one of the rings over your nipple. Rotate the base of the protector clockwise and place your nipple inside the tip of the protector. Then, stretch the base of the protector around the areola. If there is a 2 mm gap between the nipple and the silicone, that is the ideal fit.
- Clean the pads before each use in boiling water for about 5 minutes or in the included sanitary container. Place the two well-rinsed pads in the container and add 25ml of water. Then, microwave the pads at 750-1000W for 3 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and the pads are ready for use.
